Skrill casinos in Canada: how to deposit, cash out and check a cashier
If you're looking for a Skrill casino in Canada, start here: plenty of sites show a Skrill logo, but far fewer offer it to Canadian players. On November 8, 2026 we checked the public payment pages and terms of the seven Canada-facing casinos in our records that list Skrill. Only BitStarz's own pages confirmed Skrill both ways. That is too few for an honest top list, so this guide shows what we found, how Skrill works, what it costs and how to check a cashier yourself. In Ontario, only sites on the iGaming Ontario list are legal options.
Which casinos take Skrill in Canada: what we could verify
We can't open a logged-in cashier from Canada, so we used each operator's public pages instead. A casino counts as confirmed only if its own page says Skrill works and it accepts Canadian players. Here is what each page showed on November 8, 2026.
| Casino | Page we opened | What it showed | Skrill for Canadians | Links |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BitStarz | FAQ and terms | A Skrill deposit must be withdrawn back to Skrill. Canada isn't on its restricted list | Confirmed, deposits and withdrawals | BitStarz review Visit BitStarz |
| Royal Panda | Canadian-English help centre | Lists Skrill and Neteller among supported methods, in an article last updated in June 2020 | Named, but not confirmed as current | Royal Panda review |
| Spin Casino | Canadian payments page | Names Skrill once in a line about deposits; not in its table of Canadian methods | Not confirmed | Spin Casino review |
| LeoVegas | Canadian-English help centre | Payment methods article lists no Skrill or Neteller | Not shown | LeoVegas review |
| Jackpot City | Canadian payments page | Not in its Canadian methods; the page's banking data marks Skrill and Neteller as excluded for Canada | Not available | Jackpot City review |
The Visit link is an affiliate link; we may earn a commission, which does not change our ratings. It goes to BitStarz's international site, which is not on the iGaming Ontario list. 18+ or 19+ depending on your province. T&Cs apply.
According to BitStarz's FAQ and terms, checked 2026-11-08, withdrawals must go back to the method you deposited with, and both use Skrill as the example: winnings from a Skrill deposit go back to Skrill, not to Neteller or a card. Canada isn't on its restricted-countries list. Its terms name Gareton B.V. as the operator, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2024/165/0185); we read that in the terms, not on the regulator's register. Our BitStarz review has the rest.
According to Royal Panda's Canadian-English help centre, checked 2026-11-08, it supports Skrill and Neteller, and in Canada withdrawals go by bank transfer or e-wallet. Those articles date from 2020, so treat them as a lead to confirm in the cashier. See the Royal Panda review.
Spin Casino's Canadian payments page names Skrill once but leaves it out of its table of Canadian methods. Jackpot City, which shares Spin's operator and terms, excludes Canada from Skrill and Neteller in the banking data behind its Canadian payments page; Skrill appears only on its international page. We don't count either as confirmed. LeoVegas's Canadian-English help article on payment methods, checked 2026-11-08, lists Nuvei, Apple Pay, Illxium, MuchBetter and eCashOut, with no Skrill.
777Vault and Betsafe blocked our connection on November 8, 2026. Our records list Skrill for both, but date from March and April 2026, too old to rely on. If you play at either, run the checks below first.
How to check a casino cashier for Skrill yourself
These steps take a few minutes and avoid the most common problem: money paid in by Skrill with no Skrill route back out.
- Open the casino's payments page for Canada, not the international one. Methods can differ by country, as at Jackpot City.
- Look for Skrill on the withdrawal side, not only deposits. Casinos usually send winnings back by the method you paid in with.
- Search the bonus terms for "Skrill", "Neteller", "e-wallet" and "payment method" before you claim an offer.
- After you register, and before you deposit, confirm Skrill appears on both the deposit and withdrawal tabs, with its minimum and maximum amounts. If it doesn't, ask live chat in writing and keep the reply.
How Skrill works at a Canadian online casino
Skrill is an online wallet: you load it from your bank or a card, pay the casino from it, and the casino pays winnings back into it, with Skrill's fees on the way in and out. For how wallets compare with cards, bank methods and crypto, see our casino payment methods compared.
Depositing with Skrill, step by step
- Open a Skrill account. Its terms require you to be 18 or older, and Skrill can ask for proof. Choose the account currency carefully, because the terms say the currency you pick at sign-up stays for the life of the account.
- Load the wallet. Skrill's Canadian fee page lists 0.00% for loading by bank transfer or Interac and 2.50% for Visa or Mastercard. If you load from a credit card, your card issuer may add a cash advance fee for gambling.
- In the casino cashier, choose Skrill, enter the amount, sign in to Skrill in the window that opens and approve the payment. Skrill's fee page says paying a merchant from your Skrill balance has no transaction fee.
- Check the casino balance has moved. If not, keep the Skrill reference and contact support.
Withdrawing casino winnings to Skrill
Expect identity checks before the first payout. Royal Panda's help centre, for example, asks for a screenshot showing your Skrill name, customer ID, email address and logo to verify the wallet. Upload documents early. Once the money is in Skrill, Skrill's Canadian fee page puts an Interac e-Transfer to your bank at 2.50% and a bank transfer at 1.75%, each with a minimum fee of EUR 3.50. For the Interac route, Skrill says your email must be set up for Interac Autodeposit at your bank first. If payout speed matters more than the method, compare our fast withdrawal casinos.
Skrill deposits and casino bonuses
Some casinos write e-wallets out of their welcome offers in the bonus terms. BitStarz's bonus terms, read on November 8, 2026, don't exclude Skrill deposits; Neteller appears only as an example in its one-offer-per-person rule. Royal Panda's help centre says Skrill and Neteller deposits weren't eligible for its welcome bonus, in an article last updated in 2021. Always read the current terms of the offer you want.
A matched bonus also comes with wagering, and our guide on how wagering requirements work shows what that means in play-through.
Skrill fees, limits and C$ accounts
These figures come from Skrill's fee page for Canada, read on November 8, 2026. Skrill states its minimum fees in euros.
| Transaction | Skrill fee |
|---|---|
| Load by bank transfer or Interac | 0.00% |
| Load by Visa or Mastercard | 2.50% |
| Pay a casino from your Skrill balance | No transaction fee |
| Withdraw to your bank by bank transfer | 1.75%, minimum EUR 3.50 |
| Withdraw by Interac e-Transfer | 2.50%, minimum EUR 3.50 |
| Move money to Neteller | 3.49% |
| Currency conversion | 3.99% on top of Skrill's exchange rate |
| No login or transaction for 6 months | EUR 5.00 per month service fee |
Currency conversion is the fee to watch. If your Skrill account and your casino account use different currencies, you pay 3.99% when you deposit and again when you withdraw. We found no Skrill page listing the account currencies open to Canadians, so check at sign-up whether Canadian dollars is offered.
Skrill applies maximum and minimum withdrawal limits under clause 12.2 of its terms, and your account shows the amounts that apply to you. Casino withdrawal charges are separate, so read the casino's terms as well.
Neteller: the other Paysafe wallet
Neteller and Skrill are separate wallets with the same owner. Paysafe lists both as its consumer products, and its site says the Neteller trademark belongs to Skrill Limited.
If you want a Neteller casino in Canada, the same checks apply, with similar results on November 8, 2026: Jackpot City excludes it for Canada, LeoVegas's Canadian help article doesn't list it and Royal Panda's 2020 article names it. BitStarz's FAQ treats the two as separate methods, so Skrill winnings can't go to Neteller. We couldn't open a Canadian version of Neteller's fee page, so check its fees at neteller.com before you sign up.
Skrill, Interac or PayPal?
Interac e-Transfer comes straight from your bank, with no wallet fees, and Spin Casino's Canadian payments page names it first. Our page on Interac casinos in Canada covers that route. Skrill makes more sense when you already hold a Skrill balance, and since December 2025 Skrill itself can pay out to your bank by Interac e-Transfer.
For another wallet option, see our guide to PayPal casinos in Canada.
Using Skrill at Ontario online casinos
In Ontario, play only at sites on the iGaming Ontario operator list. The list, which iGaming Ontario says was accurate as of November 6, 2026, includes Ontario sites for Jackpot City and Spin Casino (run by Cadtree Limited) and for LeoVegas and Royal Panda (run by TigerGen Limited). 777Vault, BitStarz and Betsafe aren't on it. The Ontario payments pages of Jackpot City and Spin Casino didn't mention Skrill on November 8, 2026. You must be 19 to play in Ontario.
Ontario's Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming allow bonus and inducement advertising only on an operator's own site or through direct marketing a player has agreed to receive, which is why this page shows no bonus offers. Our Ontario online casinos guide covers the provincial market.
Alberta now registers iGaming operators through AGLC. On November 8, 2026, its list included Cadtree Limited for Jackpot City and Spin Casino, but none of the other casinos named here.
